Todd Chrisley ‘very upset’ about spending holiday behind bars surrounded by inmates rather than family
PENSACOLA, FLORIDA: The holiday season won’t be fun for TV star Todd Chrisley. He’s unhappy that he can’t be with his family, Todd’s lawyer Jay Surgent told TMZ.
He said Todd was “very upset” about his situation as he had to spend his first holiday behind bars with other prisoners rather than loved ones.

The outlet reported that Todd will be getting a special Thanksgiving dinner at FPC Pensacola in Florida, but it’s nothing like the home cooking he’s used to. Todd’s lawyer told the publication, “It looks like reality is starting to sink in.”
Surgent said they are, however, still looking for ways to get Todd home early. Todd has a new trial date in March where his legal team will try to overturn his conviction, his lawyer said.
Todd Chrisley became the leader among prisoners
Meanwhile, Todd appears to be “making the best of his time in prison,” the outlet reports. It said: “He was a leader among the prisoners, giving them advice and direction.”
Todd Chrisley believes he is on a “mission from God.” Savannah Chrisley, who has been vocal about her parents’ imprisonment, said Nov. 20, “I received a call this morning and the appeals court granted our oral arguments. So I was literally crying.”

She said they were “one step closer to bringing mom and dad home.”
