Sean Palmieri leaves Oppenheim Group after bitter feud with Austin Victoria in Season 3 trailer
ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA: “Selling the OC” star Sean Palmieri is making waves as he bids farewell to the Oppenheim Group and plunges into a new chapter with another real estate firm.
“Unfortunately, the Oppenheim Group culture was not a good fit for me, and I am very excited about the future, having just signed as a partner with an incredible, high-performing team and mentor, Steve Games, the previous owner of Prudential California Realty. and Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty,” the realtor told Entertainment Tonight.

He continued, “Our team recently began working with Coldwell Banker West. Returning to the serene atmosphere of San Diego County, where I first traveled from Florida to California, brings me great joy.”
He further added, “I look forward to exploring the opportunities that lie ahead for my business and success in this dynamic community.”
This came after his bitter feud with Austin Victoria.
Upcoming episodes of Selling the OC also promise a showdown between Shawn and Austin Victoria, fueled by rumors that have yet to be revealed.

In the teaser trailer, Austin met Shawn with skepticism, asking, “Are you really making this stuff up?”
Tensions reached a boiling point when Austin took a step forward, sparking a physical altercation that could very well be a key factor in Shawn’s dramatic exit from the show.

Things became tense between them, with Austin pushing Shawn, and it seemed like drama would unfold in the coming episodes.
Last season we also saw Kayla calling out Polly at Gio’s party, revealing the kissing incident with Tyler.
Brandi and Alex also went through their share of drama, with Brandi being upset that Alex was flirting with Tyler and almost hitting Alex in Cabo.

Netflix has greenlit a third season of the reality show following the success of the second season, which was released in January 2023.
Now that the second season has released, everyone is looking forward to the upcoming season.
It appears that the cast and crew have likely completed filming for season three, considering the first season took about four months to complete.
While the official cast list is being kept under wraps, we expect to see familiar faces from previous cast members, including Alex Hall, Alexandra Jarvis, Alexandra Rose, Austin Victoria, Brandi Marshall, Gio Gelu, Kayla Cardona, Lauren Shortt, Polly. Brindle, Sean Palmieri, Tyler Stanaland, Ali Harper, and from time to time Jason and Brett Oppenheim.
But the bottom line is that Sean will appear for the last time in season three after his decision to leave.
