Jake Paul Confirms PFL Acquired Rival MMA Company Bellator, Internet Says ‘UFC Owns You All’
CLEVELAND, Ohio: In an attempt to challenge the UFC, Jake Paul said the Professional Fighters League (PFL) has acquired rival mixed martial arts organization Bellator.
Notably, Jake Paul stated during a press conference that Bellator will now compete with the UFC after the PFL acquired the organization and added all of its athletes.

Jake Paul posted a video on his official Twitter/X account with the caption: “This is a great day for all PFL and Bellator fighters and MMA fans. The stronger we become, the more opportunities open up for everyone.”

In addition, he stated that one of the PFL’s main goals would be to host crossover fights with the UFC, apparently hinting at a match between Jon Jones and Francis Ngannou.

There have been rumors for months that the promotion is up for sale, with PFL looking like the most likely candidate. When the promotion received a $100 million investment from the Saudi Public Investment Fund in early 2023, rumors of PFL making the move intensified.
