Bambaska Biri Episode 2 will be released soon. The show tells a story about Layla, a prosecutor, who returns to Istanbul and her welcome is not very pleasant. He was accused of one of the most gruesome murders, the killing of Hamdi Atilbe in the jungle. Kenan, the famous reporter, on the other hand. When the two meet, things take a drastic turn.

As an unexpected romance blossoms between them, revelations of murders and suspicious people draw a line between them. They are both the standard bearers of justice, but when powerful people and intimates get in the way, misunderstandings are bound to bloom.

How will they manage to get through the challenges of sticking with each other? Well, episode 1 was much better than I expected. The bar is very high this time. Moving on from mere romance and crime drama, let’s see how the show progresses and what we need to know about episode 2.

Bambaska Biri Episode 1 Recap

The episode begins with prosecutor Layla talking to her friend about not coming to Istanbul. Someone starts knocking on the door, and he is surprised to find Laila standing with a bouquet. The two of them start talking about his sudden arrival when Layla gets a call. Meanwhile, the journalist was introduced to Kenan.

He broadcast with Mr Mitat about the coal mine disaster that claimed 42 lives. He tricks her into admitting negligence and carelessness in leaving the mic on after the show, which leads to the death of the workers and becomes a breaking news story. The channel owner is not happy with Kenan’s decision, and he couldn’t care less.

He meets Layla at the same restaurant, and the two click immediately. Kenan plays a game of guessing the number he’s thinking of, and he’s right every time. This earns him a drink and a dance with her. Quickly, the show cuts to a forest scene where Kenan is killing businessman Hamdi Atilbe.

Prosecutor Turan assigns the case to Layla, who also questions him about his family. A short scene introduces us to his brother and his mother in jail. In the next scene, we see the journalist getting out of a cold shower when he gets a call about the murder of Hamdi Atilbe. It creates a mystery for the audience.

A man appears in front of Layla as a witness, telling her that Kenan did the murder. When he calls her to investigate, the witness says she made a false statement to meet Kenan. Whispered to meet the victim’s daughter, hugged her and left.

Kenan tries to talk to Atilbey’s daughter Sedef, but she avoids talking to him. Laila also gets news that her father has recently suffered from a heart attack. She meets him and leaves after a brief meeting where her sister-in-law and mother express their frustration at Layla for not protecting her brother and her suffering in jail.

Meanwhile, Kenan and Layla have another dinner date and attend a business funeral, where her daughter confesses that she was a bully and harasser. This caused another news outbreak. Kenan’s father returns to Istanbul and is shocked to see the picture of Sakshi. He started a personal investigation.

Kenan finds the old man (the witness who ran away) and follows him. He also tells Layla, and the two follow his clues to a place full of toys. Laila finds a picture of her father there, which is a big shock for her. After the attack, his condition suddenly started to deteriorate and he was rushed to the hospital.

Kenan’s father Turan is seen revealing about Kenan’s dissociative personality disorder. He fears that it may be possible that the disorder has returned even after treatment, leading to the murder.

The cliffhanger mystery will continue with more revelations in Episode 2. Now that Layla knows her father’s connection to the case, she will try to uncover the secrets he has been hiding from her. It won’t be easy for Kenan or his father either, with Kenan’s duplicity hanging a sword of doubt over his head.
