In previous episodes, highly trained pilots of known airlines failed to land a plane correctly. The previous episode opens with the crew of Garuda Flight 200 preparing to land in the early morning on the Indonesian island of Java, a Boeing 737 flying high in the sky.

There were 133 passengers on board the flight, which was at the end of Garuda Indonesia’s journey from the Indonesian capital Jakarta to the city of Yogyakarta. The flight crashed 15 minutes before touchdown and Captain Muhammad Maroto Komar briefed his co-pilot with last-minute details for a safe landing.

ATC gives the clear signal to the pilot to land the aircraft on Runway Zero Niner. With the runway in sight and only 3000 km above the ground, the passengers began to notice that something was wrong with the plane as the speed of the plane was faster than it should have been near the ground.

The pilots failed to control the aircraft, thus causing a crash as the aircraft skidded off the runway and landed in a swampy rice field. Passengers struggle to get off the burning plane while firemen struggle to reach the paddy fields in time. The risk is that if the fuel pump ignites, the plane will explode and all passengers will be killed.

The passengers finally made their escape after two of their fellow passengers opened the exit game. The incident resulted in the death of 21 passengers on board, including the cabin crew. After the accident, the plane investigators start their investigation to find out the reason behind the accident as there could be various reasons behind it.

The episode witnessed two more accidents that occurred when pilots attempted to land aircraft in adverse weather conditions. Asiana Airlines Flight 214 crashed after en route from Seoul to San Francisco.

The flight with 291 passengers and 14 crew members crashed during landing. Most of the passengers survived the crash, and plane investigators have begun their investigation into the cause of the crash. The episode ends with aviation investigators filing their final report into the cause of the crash.
