Adele confirmed her marriage to Rich Paul in a nutshell on The Alan Carr Show

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Adele confirmed that she tied the knot with 41-year-old Rich Paul during an appearance on her best friend Alan Carr’s comedy show, reports the Daily Mail.

Rumors about the wedding have been swirling for a year, and Adele added fuel to the speculation by calling the sports agent her “husband” a few months ago.

An audience member told the publication: “I was at Alan Carr’s comedy show in Los Angeles tonight and Adele was in the audience. Alan asked the crowd if anyone had gotten married recently, and Adele shouted, “Yes!”

A second viewer of the small and intimate show said: “When he asked if anyone had gotten married recently, she shouted, ‘Yes.’ Very cute all around and was very sweet but dipped right before it ended.”

“Adele was sitting right behind me with a friend and having a great time. Her security only came to bring her snacks,” they added.

During an appearance on CBS Mornings, Paul spoke about the Grammy-winning singer, saying: “She was great, I think she’ll agree that we definitely helped each other. I’m in a good place, we’re in a good place. Happy. She is gorgeous. She suited me very well. We were a great fit for each other.”

The couple has been together for two years.

When CBS host Gayle King brought up the wedding rumors and asked if she should call Adele, 35, “Mrs. Paul” the next time she spoke to her, Paul coyly replied, “You can say whatever you want.”

He added that he is not the kind of person who will expose his personal life to the media.

Adele called Rich Paul her “husband” at a Vegas concert in September.

When a woman in the audience screamed, “Will you marry me?” the singer replied: “You can’t marry me. I’m straight, my love, and my husband is here tonight.

The couple went public with their relationship in July 2021 when they sat courtside together during an NBA game.

Adele has been wearing a pear-shaped diamond ring on her left ring finger for about a year.
